• By accepting online payments through UrbanBook, the listing owner agrees to a 5% commission on the total sale amount. Additionally, the user may charge up to K5 as a service fee. If the service fee exceeds this amount, UrbanBook will automatically remove the excess charge.

2. Withdrawal and Payment Processing

• Payments for completed transactions will be sent to the listing owner upon withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be processed daily, and funds will be remitted within 24 hours of the withdrawal request.

3. Withdrawal Approval

• UrbanBook reserves the right to review and approve withdrawal requests. Any discrepancies, violations of terms, or suspected fraudulent activity may result in delayed or declined withdrawals.

4. Mobile Money Details

• The listing owner must provide accurate and valid mobile money details for payment processing. In the event of an error in the provided details, UrbanBook will not be held responsible for any funds sent to the wrong account.

5. Compliance with UrbanBook Policies

• Listing owners must comply with all UrbanBook terms of service, community guidelines, and any additional policies related to online payments. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in the suspension of online payment services.

6. Daily Reporting

• Listing owners will have access to daily reports detailing their online transactions and commission deductions. This transparency ensures clarity regarding financial transactions on the platform.

7. Accurate Pricing

• Listing owners are required to include accurate and up-to-date prices for all services offered. Clear and precise pricing information is crucial for smooth and transparent transactions.

8. Termination of Online Payment Services

• UrbanBook reserves the right to terminate or suspend a listing owner’s ability to receive online payments in cases of non-compliance with terms, fraudulent activity, or violation of platform policies.
