The need to work on service. Firstly I need an order for delivery. I am told the rider just left. Ok I am in no hurry. Ok give us 2hours. I call 2hours later. Forgets its me tells me rider just left again. I remind and now she just goes quiet.
If they are about to close you call for pick up order the accept. You reach the ladies are sulking the food is ready with 5mins. I ask why my burger is ready so fast and why's it cold. The don't answer just roll there eyes. No consistency on the food unlike mochachos Makeni mall now(who I've noticed has a new manager the last one was bad). I ask for a receipt eyes rolling. We can't give you they's no power. Uhmmm ok. It's pathetic really it Russian roulette. Not sure if what I order will be nice, same applies to the person at the counter. 1lady is very nice. I had a burger combo, a chicken burger had lemon and herb, chips on the side and a cocoa cola. Service was fast just with 6 minutes of ordering it was ready . Chips were nice the burger never tasted the lemon and herb. But over all the place is nice.
I was really excited to go here because I heard they have really good food. However the only thing I enjoyed was the shawarma . The nachos were soggy and all over the place (taste wise) the fries were dry , the shawarma wasn’t too bad but for the price of their meals , they really need to do better . Wait for food was about 30 mins and my order was the only one , wondering why it took that long when they said 12 mins , also, that’s a pretty long time for fast food . Anyway, they need to do better . Their menu looks good but the food isn’t as great.
They never seem to disappoint. The burger is juicy, tasty and fresh. Y'all should give it a try. Anyone out there who thinks they make a better burger inbox: [email protected]
