Neil and his team have just finished our garden today, completely changed the garden, and also did the fencing. They have done an amazing job, and to say that both my wife and myself are immensely happy with the end result is an understatement. I'd never used a Landscaper before, and although I'd done as much research as I could, I was still a little hesitant, especially given some of the stories you see on the web, however, I shouldn't have
worried at all, and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, and I would also recommend them to anyone that needs a Landscaper
Neil and the team did a great job designing and implementing the landscaping for both our front and back gardens. They replaced fencing, installed raised beds, and built a bench, all while accommodating our accessibility needs. They were responsive to my questions and willingly addressed all of our concerns without hesitation. Overall, we are really pleased with their work and would recommend them for anyone wanting their garden modernised to a great standard.
Our garden was in need of a new design, so we approached Western Landscapes, who is listed as one of the top three best rated landscape gardeners in Leicester. If you are after a professional job then look no further, Neil and his team will do you proud. They are reliable, punctual, friendly and polite. They use advanced technology and provide you with a 3D and 2D image design, so you can visualize what the end result would look like. We are very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to have them again (photos show before and after).
This is the worst company do not hire them. they took full payment but never completed the job, everything was left dirty, wrong measurements. the soil is full of broken glass, the slabs edges are all rough, their electrician will never turn up, waited 2 months and nothing. they will never answer any of your phone calls. after they left I tried to address many issues but they completely ignored all messages, phone calls and emails but yet they were able to tweet pictures of other jobs. do not hire them!! they claim to have 1000 happy customers but yet no reviews only 5 people which is fake. they will scam you be careful. they will only lie, the water pump broke and they are refusing to fix it, claiming that my Gardner who never touched it broke it! I have submitted CCTV images to the police as they scammed us. everything was left Dirty. electricity wires left outside. I had to pay more money for another electrician to finish their job. their electrician is extremely rude and send a text message to say he is not bothered to complete the job after we paid in full. who says that to a customer that paid £4K to get the work done! scam be ware!
The garden was in much need of an overhaul Neil, Billy and the team were great from the beginning listening to our thoughts and running with them to create a space more suited to our needs! Extra little jobs didn’t cause any issues nothing was to small. Can’t wait for the warmer weather to enjoy it!
