Member of staff named Benson is very helpful and cheerful when serving clients. However, there is need for close supervision for workshop staff as they have a poor customer service . They even fail to coordinate between job card list vs whatever they do and always appear to be in a rush.
I loved the professionalism at tyre king.I walked away a happy customer after buying 2 brand new tyres,they fitted ,did wheel balancing .They have a very good connection with their branches..Keep it up Tyre King!
