The Fig Tree—wow, what an incredible experience! I loved everything about this place, from the warm, inviting environment to the outstanding customer service. Located in Kabwe, it offers some of the best, if not the best, carrot cake I’ve ever tasted. The cake was perfectly moist, delicious, and had just the right amount of sweetness! Their hot chocolate was equally delightful—rich and comforting. I also tried the pork sausage, which was a touch salty but still enjoyable. And the crumbed chicken wraps with sweet chili were wonderfully juicy and left me feeling completely satisfied. the toast with eggs, was simple but perfectly done. This spot is a true gem!
I have been going to this place for over 10 years and have never been disappointed with their food. In my opinion their burgers are the best in the world. They have tasty and fresh food. Am also in love with the daily lunch specials. It's something different every day. They have these homemade Romany Cream and Milk biscuits that are simply to die for.
My daughter loves their chips and their pies. She can never get enough of them.
Finally, their toilets are always clean.
The cafe has great and fresh food. Loved the carrot cake .The service was quick, and the staff were super friendly. The play park is a good feature, it would be great if they could add more activities to it.
I ordered the chicken wrap with a vanilla milkshake, the wrap came with a salad which I really enjoyed. I’d go back for the atmosphere, sit outside this time.
It was very early when I arrived but top quality food delivered by well trained staff. A must to stop here on your travels and it opens at 6am or 6 30 too!
