Was given bad customer service on 17th May 2024. Showed up 15min before place closes, and the cashier didn't want to attend to me until I complained. She had a bad attitude.
Had yet to visit the Mugg & Bean location in Choma, and stopped there this morning on the way to Lusaka. Needless to say it was a good experience. The latte was nice and hot, the milk steamed well, and the pastries were delicious. The staff were friendly and made ordering fun and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back for another visit and suggest you check them out.
Excellent Service @ Mugg & Bean. Gershom one of the friendliest person I've met. Thank you for the great service. Will Defnitely add this as a stop if travelling this route again.
Easy affordable food. Burgers, chips, ribs. Kitchen is clean. Toilet available at the back (through the side of the kitchen). Plenty of space to sit down. Staff are pleasant. Think McDonald's with less salt. One of the easier places to eat in the area.
I travelled by car from Livingstone to Lusaka and stopped at Steers, Choma. A staff member is running a scam under the pretext of having to make change. He delayed giving my change and I had to repeat the request for my change numerous times. The scam seems to rely on patrons forgetting their change in the chaos of making a quick stop to get food and use the facilities.
