During my brief stay at Lusaka I went to the ShopRite outlet at the Manda Hill Shopping Complex twice for buying a few special tea and coffee. I found the place well stocked and very popular among citizens there.

EXTREMELY WELL CENTRED SUPERMARKET WITH A LARGE VARIETY OF HOUSEHOLD FOOD PRODUCTS AND DETERGENTS RANGE AND THEIR PRICING STRUCTURE ARE REASONABLE AND FAIR EXCEPT THE SLOW PROCESS OF REDUCING PRICES FURTHER DUE TO THE STRENGTH OF THE KWACHA IS NOT HELPING THE CONSUMERS AT ALL .A ONE STOP SHOP FOR ALL YOUR HOUSEHOLD NEEDS WITH RELATIVELY GOOD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

Pathetic Customer Service by Female Attendant (Bwalya) at the Kiosk. Instead of saying her till was closed, she says she hates us and that's why she can't Attendance. Don't know if that was joke, which I asked and she said she meant it. Kindly work on that
