Protea Hotel Livingstone

Beautiful hotel! 10 minutes away from Victoria Falls, the museum and shops. Staff is lovely and helpful. Food and drinks were good. We hosted a big business conference and the facilities were perfect.

No offense, this place is infested with mosquitoes, WiFi goes in and out, electricity is also not stable, no generator, they deliver wrong food to the rooms, and finally Grace their activity coordinator is down right rude. And then when we point all these items out, they respond with - it’s the location we are in. Reality is, mosquitoes can be kept out, get a generator, get a staff that knows how to take orders and delivers accurate orders to the correct rooms, and replace your activity director. Stop making excuses for the failures that exist. Sad set of affairs, puts the Marriott name to shame. Don’t even think about spending a night here, if you actually have any self respect.

Was there for a short time after my flight was delayed but l would surely give it a try given an opportunity. Great ambience, great breakfast

I wish I could say my visit to this place was beautiful, it's memorable yes because I will never forget the ill treatment and embarrassment by one of your workers by the name of Alex, he literally asked me and my friends to leave the hotel when all we wanted was to have dinner, because they had white clientele at the particular time, and he thought our black money was not worth their time, extremely disappointed with this hotel.

The service was very priceless. The place is very beautifully decorated and furnished. The gardens are out of this World
