North Hill Gardens designed and installed our garden which has transformed our home in a positive way. The design process was brilliant and even our kids were involved in reviewing the options and choosing the final outcome.
Since the work finished, we have also engaged Grassgo to continue ongoing gardening which has also been very professionally managed.
I believe that the property value has increased as a result of the garden work, meaning that hiring North Hill was also a wise investment.
We highly recommend the team at North Hill Gardens, and thank them for their professional approach from beginning to end.
I cannot recommend this company. A prolonged and tortuous process from the start of the design process through to the build. The brief given by us the clients was not followed. Previous reviews have mentioned spiralling costs which I concur with. The build was fraught with difficulties. Ultimately a claim and counter claim in the small claims court resulted in a reduction in the final invoice sufficient to pay another contractor to complete the work.
Previous negative reviews have prompted replies from Northhill and I have no doubt this review will do also.
The team at North Hill Gardens are a joy to work with. I have used them personally and commercially and they have been creative, consistent, hardworking and efficient. From designing private gardens to installing a living wall in my design studio with monthly maintenance, I would thoroughly recommend them!
