It's located with in the city within walkable distance from shopping areas. Taxis are parked right outside making easy to deploy from the hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Even with the load shedding issues didn't really feel it during my stay because lights and AC were on for all my stay there. The breakfast was good with adequate options and had some of best Indian food here.
The staff were really friendly as well were even thoughtful enough to call to remind me about breakfast when I had slept in.
great location, friendly staff, Allen made us feel at home, very quick and efficient, he goes an extra mile for guests. will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family
Overpriced and unable to deliver. What you see on the website is not what you get. They have one thing going for them, they're in the central business district, smack in the town centre. The rooms I booked and paid for were poolside, when we arrived, they tried to throw us in a creepy garden room. After much conversing, they moved us to a room NEAR the pool, not necessarily poolside, couldn't even see the pool from the window, the AC wasn't working correctly, it couldn't go below 24°C no matter what. As if that wasn't bad enough, when it rained, the ceiling started leaking. They were newly renovated rooms and there was an overbearing stench of oil paint that had my nose blocked the entire staycation. We let them know and they switched our room for the second time since our arrival. This room's door couldn't even open. And the staff in charge of that were gone at this point, so we had to stay in the leaky room and were only switched the next day! This one was finally closer to the pool than the others, well stocked (the previous rooms had missing bathroom essentials, the coffee station was missing coffee/tea etc ) Ugh... Horrendous experience and I most definitely would not recommend. It's so not worth the price, there's definitely better in Livingstone for those price points.
It is a pretty worn out hotel, full of mould in many of the bath appliances, dirty walls, dirty appliances. The towels are always wet, the sink and shower barely cleaned. Full of big bugs scrawling in the yard, the corridors and of course the rooms. So always pack and close your luggage. And of course due to the region, various flying objects (insects?) land in every place. Breakfast without a variety. In my first room, there was no hot water in the shower and the fridge was old enough making a great noise. Lastly, before leaving they ask for your feedback in a notebook so as to cancel your reservation and prevent you from publicising it on booking.com. Avoid ti.

4 months agoGreat location in the heart of Livingstone. Ok standard and hotel service. Never book at night, prices nearly double due to high demand of visitors.
