I recently had the pleasure of staying at Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the tranquil atmosphere and stunning natural surroundings. The resort's beautifully landscaped gardens, serene water features, and picturesque views of the surrounding hills created a sense of calm and relaxation.The rooms were tastefully decorated, spacious, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions, Its just amazing that's why I have rated it with 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

service is Good, but in the dining area they dont have water basins/sinks for you to easily wash your hands especially if you order nshima or any food that requires you to use your hands you have to tell them you need water for washing your hands and they will bring a small plate with little water in it to use for hand washing? also drinks they provide you a drink with each meal sometimes they will forget to do that and you have to remind them. otherwise its a Good place and oh they also have a serving robot that can serve you food, drinks etc.

We stayed here two nights with one week apart. We did our booking two months in advance and payed the same amount for both times, but the first time we were given a smaller room with no mini bar. We thought this is their policy, but the second time with the same price our room was bigger and had a mini bar. Even though the rooms are supposed to be sound proof you hear the loud music of the bar all night and during the day all the noise from the street even people laughing on the street. The swimming pool is more a beauty feature since the restaurant tables are around the pool with guests all day long. And you smell car fumes from the street while dinning with unreasonable prices. The Copper pot restaurant is supposed to serve food at any time of the day but at 4 p.m. they were cleaning the floors and changing table covers and moving furniture around. That's not how a customer wishes to enjoy dinning.

7 star ,exceptional from the entrance they open doors for your guide you through parking and even hold the lift for your convinience ,as for staff Doreen ,elf or elly "i think ",isaac and all the waiters Omg they are out of rhis world i pray your smiles ,hospitality and kindness find recognition it really deservesI would recomend this hotel wirh my life
