Unfriendly, aggressive, rude and messy. I’ve done nails all over the world and have never had such a bad experience, not only did the lady leave all my nail beds bleeding.. but then proceeded to blame me for having “sensitive nails”. The nail job was also mediocre.

This place is done up nice and looks clean. However it is our typical lazy attitude where time means nothing. We took 3 days to finish one set of nails. Day 1 took 2 1/2hrs at which point we could not stay any longer. Day 2 we asked how long until we could be seen and we were told 10mins so we chose to stay, however 45mins later nothing yet and we left again. Day 3 we arrived at 845am knowing they open at 9am and hoped to be the first one. When the lady arrived at 925am she chose to sit down and have her breakfast first. They proceeded to start filing. There was no power at this time so they then sent someone to buy fuel for the generator. By 1000am I asked what was happening and was told they were waiting for someone to plug the adapter into the generator. 1015am machine is not working so I can hear them calling if someone can come and look at it. If I don't ask what's happening nobody says anything. Others just finishing breakfast now. OK 1030............. Nothing...... 1045 after my request for a partial refund cause we have not finished and requesting for the owners number. They called her. Long story short this will be my last time to come here. No wonder the Chinese place is always full.... The job gets done. If you the owner gets to read this, please I would love to speak to you one on one, as I am also an entrepreneur and value making our businesses a success......... The system is disorganized, with no appointments taken, and only walk in appointments. However, despite taking only walk in appointments, people who arrived after you still end up done hours before you. When I went, it took over two hours before I got a spot (I arrived at opening time). Personally it is not worth the wait regardless of how the nails turned out.

I had my nails done there and the end product was not something I can go back for. I had to remove the gel the following day
