T-bone has never tasted this good, as a meat lover, I have eaten t-bone steaks many a times but nothing quite tastes like this sizzling beef cut. Meat portions in Zambia are extremely generous unlike my native country Kenya. The set up resembles a typical Buffet Park or Nyama Choma joint where you serve your accompaniments and wait for your meat. The Nshima (equivalent of Ugali) is served in two varieties- Breakfast (equivalent of fine processed maize meal) or Lola (equivalent of the poshomill maize meal). The joint is only open at lunchtime and business executives as well as foreign guests can be found here enjoying lunch sampling the finest of Zambian cuisine

I had a t-bone steak with my wife and youngest daughter, fantastic! Renovations still on-going though
