Sadly the experience was really pathetic..
The last time I went the experience was very good but sadly they have failed to keep up. Wouldn't recommend anyone going there for wheel alignment. The machine is not working well. I had taken my toyota allion only to be told after such a long time of wheel alignment that the steering needs to be adjusted to the centre. They literally removed my steering and tried to make it to the centre but failed.
The staff later told me that the machine is not working 100% and they never gave me a printout. So it was a waste of money.
Further more effort to find the overall manager went fruitless. The manager for the manali branch gave me a number only to find its not working..
Very very pathetic service. I'd rather go somewhere else...
Quick diagnosis and very helpful staff. Had a leak in my braking system and they work was sorted quickly and and an affordable price. They always are open to you purchasing parts or requirements elsewhere if you so wish to.
