After getting confused at intercity, I got on the wrong bus and ended up in Livingstone. There is a big waterfall here :o. After the bus I was quite peckish and found this lovely cafe in town. The atmosphere is quaint, relaxing, and pleasant. The service is very friendly and helpful. While dining I enjoyed a cheesecake. Though the cheesecake was a little bit over done. The soft boiled egg I ordered was clearly left in the boiling water a bit too long. Overall this cafe was a great experience. I would recommend!
Best ever food service. I enjoyed each one of my visits here. Kubu is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and very airy. The food was top-notch. Loved the fresh lemon and ginger tea. Veronica's service was outstanding, and Stanford was highly helpful and gave us great service. The owner also checked on how all guests were doing, which was very wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are visiting Livingstone, for its high quality food, service and ambience. Plenty of parking too.
Our best meal is Zambia. My wife loved the Ox tail. I had the rump steak, with pepper sauce. It was fantastic. Kids were indifferent towards the chicken strips and fish strips.
The peppered rump steak is shown in a picture with two servings of salad. The other food picture is the half-eaten ox tail that got inhaled before I coud snap a pic.
The playground is demolished.
