KFC | Levy Mall

Finding a satisfying meal in a mall can sometimes be challenging, but the KFC Levy Park Mall proved to be a pleasant surprise. Nestled on the upper floor, the outlet offers a delightful refuge from the bustling retail environment below. The accessibility is excellent, with both an escalator and an elevator providing easy access to the space. On entering the eatery, the small but efficiently managed selling area caught my attention. It offered a modest number of tables which are neatly arranged for sit-down meals. While the seating area may not be sprawling, it provides a cozy atmosphere perfect for a quick bite. I ordered the Zinger Wrap and a Streetwise 3 meal. The Zinger Wrap was quite the delight, featuring KFC's signature crispy chicken wrapped in a warm, soft tortilla. The crunchy lettuce and tangy sauce added a nice contrast to the chicken's crunch, making for a well-rounded flavor profile. The Streetwise 3 meal, on the other hand, did not disappoint either. The succulent pieces of chicken were well-seasoned, crispy, and retained that distinct KFC taste. It came accompanied by a generous helping of golden fries that were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft within, and a refreshing coleslaw that provided a wonderful counterpoint to the hot, salty chicken and fries. However, the experience was not without minor setbacks. The small size of the selling area meant that during peak hours, the place could get a bit crowded and the service slightly slow. Additionally, during my visit, there was a slight delay in serving the Streetwise 3 meal. I believe this could have been managed better. Despite the minor hiccups, the quality of the food and the overall dining experience lived up to KFC's reputation. For anyone in need of a quick, satisfying meal while shopping at Levy Park Mall, this KFC outlet is a choice worth considering. Just remember to plan your visit around peak hours for a smoother experience.

Never been to KFC. I went to the movies instead. Enjoyed my favorite beer in their cozy lounge. You will have to remind them to start your movie after siting and waiting 10mins beyond your movie stated time.

KFC outlet at Levy Junction Mall is the worst KFC outlet I have visited so far. No ice and cold Coke 2L not available even though plenty of stock on the floor. Tables are also not cleaned up after customer left long time. We have to call for service crew cleaning up. There is also no proper sink with water supply.

Amazing to there with some fresh air.

It's ok. Slightly compacted for comfort especially at lunch. Needs a bigger sitting arrangement I presume.
