Rail way stadium is one of the most iconic stadiums in Zambia.. it gave us Godfrey Chitalu one of the best player's to have played the beautiful game.. I was a bit disappointed that it has not had a proper face lift or even a proper expansion since it was constructed.. it needs to be modernized.. infrastructure wise its not international standard to be honest.
There is a bar and restaurant near the stadium with (Kabwe Warriors Club House), good food and atmosphere for those looking for a quieter and private eat and drink place.
