The therapist do a good job & are efficient. The place is under renovation and is looking real nice. Management could work on their customer friendliness so one really gets that spa professional welcome

about the type of facials. I also called and when I came for a facial at the Juvenex in Katima Mulilo, just when I was about to start the facial I was told it was different, yet I explained about how sensitive my skin is, now | have terrible rash on my face and the customer service I received after paying using mobile money was terrible from your receptionist and is it the manager. I paid using mobile money which I showed from my end that it was deducted, even showed her the message, only to be told I reversed the money and called practically a thief. I was told to sit in a rude way while going back and forth with the receptionist. I had to call airtell customer care of which I had to put the phone on loud for them to actually tell her that the money was sent and all she needed to do was just check her balance. I let her take pictures of the airtel transactions though after being held there like a thief. I'm honestly disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place . They don't have regard for proper customer service and care for their paying customers .
I had booked an appointment to do gel overlays on their website as well as a soak off. I was called and asked to re-schedule my appointment because the lady that I had chosen on my booking was not available and I agreed to the new date. When I got there, on time, for the appointment I was made to wait for an hour and a half and I did not even do my nails with the lady that I had booked.
I only discovered that the overlays cost K50 more than the price quoted on their website and the soak-off K30 more while I was getting the nails done. The art was very simple but I was still charged an extra K100.
Two weeks later, a few of my nails had really cracked and torn and I have worked for months to grow my nails. I called and asked if anything could be done and I was told that there wasn't and I'd have to book a whole new set. I was then put on hold for ten minutes and then I was never called back.
