Avoid these guy if you have an expensive or original watch.
I bought a watch from sterns as a gift and Went to their booth for a simple watch adjustment and left with scratched and dented watch. I expressed my disappointment and asked to talk to their manager and he was no help. Take caution when dealing with them.
This place is very kind so just few days ago I bought G shock watch from there then when I reached home I realized that this thing is painted so they exchanged any etch in same price range
I can’t Recommend this shop ,One of the guys couldn’t fix my watch so instead used glue spoiling the watch, I reported to the manager and he was of no help, am disappointed with the customer service with these guys and if you have an expensive watch you are better off going somewhere else
The branch by east park, I really hope he can get the glue off and have my chronograph working like it should
