Clean Neat, Well stocked hardware store with a range of products ranging from bathroom, kitchen and many more. However, experienced very poor customer service. Bought something and when demanded for tax invoice was told to come back another day. Going there another day, had to wait for more than an hour as they moved about looking for the tax invoice. As we waited, assistants and managers kept minding their own business with no much concern for the unsatisfied Customer. They have room for improvement on their customer service especially when customers demand for tax invoices.
The place is clean and was immediately welcomed and sent to the correct isle. Staff are friendly and the experience was effortlessly amazing.
Can they please update the contact numbers to those that actually work!!
Think of any Hardware supply needs, this is the place to go. Prices are reasonable with a smiling staff giving you what ever you need from their stock. Some prices may appear high due to good quality issues.They have a wide stock of paints. The paint section has a mixNmatch facility thereby giving you the right paint at the right price. You might be lucky to even get some discounts on large volumes.They seen to stock everything on Plumbing, Electrical, Tiles and time related, Doors, etc. Enjoyed the shopping here
