Overtime the service has improved and it has become more organized.I arrived at my appointment time and was serviced within 5mins time. I did a gel polish on my toes (it's been 3 weeks now) and it hasn't chipped or come off, while I've been wearing sneakers alot. I would say the lady did an exceptional job!I've gotten manicure here before and it was good also. The hand massage after felt heavenly!I also got a brazilian wax in the beginning but I didn't like it.I return to just do my nails.
I highly recommend this place! Great service, professional and friendly staff, place was clean and welcoming. I had a big hair transformation - cut & colour, and was so pleased with the results. They're able to cater well for a range of hair types. Price was very good.
I had a silk facial plus de-tan, it was relaxing and my skin feels fabulous.
The leg, foot and back massage relieved my stress.
My daughter had her hair and toe nails done.
I've been to many different spas and I've experienced both hard and soft Hollywood waxes. Enrich has given me one of the most excellent experiences in Lusaka as far as waxing is concerned. They take you according to your preferences and as a black woman with very coarse hair a soft wax is always the best. Thank you Enrich. I highly recommend!
I had a full pedicure and loved it. The atmosphere is great, the pedi-couches are comfortable. This was my first time going there and I am definitely going back for follow up pedis and will try their other services!
