Extremely slow service, treats customers poorly and they are hard to buy anything from. Tried to supplies from them for two weeks they still havent provided or let me pay for the items.It’s like they are trying to go out of business…Also please upgrade your phones, your employees can never hear us when we are trying to talk to them. They have hung up on me 3 times while I’m trying to make an order and tried calling 10 different times and the phone won’t go through.
Seems to have a decent range, are efficient and professional. Sadly - like just about every commercial company they simply squeeze any joy out of the customer experience. They are not as bad as Pioneer Power but it is pretty soulless nonetheless. But by Zambia standard they are 4 stars. By normal standards they would be 2/3.
