We contacted Keith at Creative Landscapes after seeing their work first hand and online. From first point of contact they were very professional and listened to what we wanted from our new patio. The ideas were delivered to us with options which we chose and visited Whitlenge to choose items and finalise the start date. Adam and Ash who worked on our garden were the epitome of professionalism throughout. They worked extremely hard , sometimes in challenging conditions and gave us exactly the garden we envisioned. Keith and the whole team are to be highly commended for the work they do, I'd recommend them to anyone for both quality of products used and the level of workmanship in creating what you ask for.
The work done is five star an extension to my patio and some further planting. The men worked through atrocious conditions but with good humour and lots of tea. Very pleased with the outcome and this follows a further little project that was done a few months ago. Would not hesitate to recommend to anybody, very easy to deal with from initial enquiry to finished project.
Keith, Clive and Rob have managed to transform our garden from a simple square of lawn to a beautiful and interesting garden space, including a pond, two lovely paved paths consisting of individual cobbles and well constructed pergola for us to sit beneath in the warm weather. The lads only did our job and did not go back and forth doing other people's gardens. Took 5 weeks and the best investment we have made in our new home. Keith pops back later in the year to check the garden and assist with pruning and further advice. Excellent value for money and Creative Landscapes are so helpful. Recommended!
We would like to thank the whole team at Creative Landscapes for our fabulous garden transformation. The whole process we couldn’t fault, the guys worked so hard and were always punctual, polite and friendly with attention to detail. Our garden looks perfect and the amount of compliments we receive I would definitely recommend your company. Thank you. X
Massively disappointed. I know the designer so I thought I was in safe hands. I wanted a dog friendly, easy to clean and maintain garden. Within weeks the slabs and grout were green. (I’m sure porcelain might have negated this issue). The bubbler was a nightmare from start to finish and I ended up buying pebbles and stones I preferred. Drainage is non existent and i insisted this was practical as I own a dog. Planting was also a challenge - no communication on plants. Costs. Quotes. And didn’t fulfil my clearly expressed wishes. Sentimental plants which I’d asked to be preserved were discarded. Fence damaged. I asked for rotary line to be sympathetically installed. It was only at the last minute we found a solution that isn’t ideal. The electricians provided requirements and these were ignored in the main at my expense. I had asked and asked about remedial drainage solution. It was installed today. Waste pipe not reconnected. Ended up with flooded kitchen. Absolute nightmare. And such a shame. With more communication throughout the project these issues could have new managed. Never again!
