I booked via their website. Received confirmation. When I presented my booking details, they said they didn't have a record of it and proceeded to quote me at a much higher rate than I had booked. I found their staff (particularly Sirah) extremely unprofessional.
Excellent staff, delicious food! The facilities, though, need quite a bit of work. Power back up - took time to kick in, internet access was spotty in the rooms, pool was dirty, and plumbing- tap water was dirty.
The atmosphere of the hotel is great. Like a heaven in the morning. But cannot say same for evening. Mosquitoes are everywhere in the room and the bednet is not useful at all. Food is not too delicious too.
Well my first experience was mid I checked in to the hotel I went to my room I must say the room had so many mosquitoes the bathtub was nasty but the shower was alright although on the left hand side of room the light for the left bed didn’t switch on except the one for right hand side of the bed the curtains would all move in one side which was tough the kettle I couldn’t even tell if It was on because It didn’t make a sound nor show a light that it was on the Wi-Fi was very horrible not bad but horrible I couldn’t even call my family I literally had to ask my friends to hotspot me I suggest buying your own data for 20gb or 10gb and don’t get my started on the tv the graphics were bad they literally change the channel when I’m watching at least when you wake up you baboons and velvet monkeys so I suggest just go to protea hotel for a cheaper option or David Livingstone hotel for an expensive hotel I suggest Chrismar should control mosquitoes, fox the Wi-Fi and clean bathtubs
