Worst customer service experience ever. Today a cashier gives me short change before they're about to close. I return to the store with my claim and receipt and I get told I'm lying, i explain that urgently needed the short change for transport and groceries, but I'm then told to wait outside for 30 minutes only for them to lock me out with a copy of my receipt still inside. I'm left alone outside there car park looking foolish as they all leave without updating me about my situation. I've had better service from local katembas, If this is how they handle customer issues I highly recommend you shop with other retailers who value satisfying customer needs.
Cheers Hypermarket Kabwata is the nearest supper market to my home. Its very convenient for my one stop shopping.
What I love most is the fresh well packaged vegetables along side many other store goodies like cereals and the like. Its very clean and safe and spacious parking space.
The price range on most items are also very competitive. Do not waste time running from one shop to another when in Kabwata, cheers is there for you.
Cheers' location & the operating hours add to it being a convenient place to do your shopping. They are well stocked - under one roof.
The car park has properly marked slots allowing for orderly parking.
