Really impressed by the value and care provided by the team at carbon today. They really know how to take care of their customers without being pushy or condescending. Came in for a fitment and balancing which I thought was cost effective and was welcomed by customer service reps Kelvin, Elina and Nelson who were very friendly and supportive in reviewing other work that we wanted to schedule for future.
They did an impressive job with my headlight restoration. Great job with the car wash as well. My car looked great and I didn’t mind the wait as the waiting room is well air-conditioned, nice and clean, with comfy seats and they provide WiFi!
Professional staff and exceptional service, and my vehicle has not looked better!! Truly Five Star treatment. Keep up the great work and we shall keep coming back for more.
Saw a tweet of some work that was done on a friend's vehicle and I decided to also bring my vehicle for the same and true to my expectation they delivered. A very clean and neat job done.
