Their chicken wings are horrible, they are dipped in a delicious sauce but eating them is very discomforting because they are hard to chew. The staff are very unprofessional and need to be trained on customer service skills. Why should you allow staff to have mini chit-chats during peak hours and in front of customers? why allow them to chew in front of customers? Plus they are very unwelcoming and waiting time is usually unbearable because your staff are negligent to customer orders. Please pay attention to the Greek salads as well. The customer satisfaction towards the service delivery for me is poor.
If you need a good service at lunch, I would rather you go to Mochachos in Cairo Mall and not Bwana Chef.
