This place is very convenient for most of your automotive service requirements. Parts, service, wheel balancing/ alignment, fitting and fixing you name it. The only downside is that they take such a long time to attend to customers, even worse on busy days.
The sales representative was very helpful but the garage manager was not forthcoming or engaging. The service was so poor that end showing like he doesn't care. The shop itself was well stocked I guess because was female hence he was not even moved by my requests
Bought many parts, oils, accessories etc from them and the customer service is great and they are very helpful with helping you determine what you need. The free fitment and balancing when you buy tires from them is also a huge plus point. There stock has been rather limited lately however due to the shopping issues it is to be expected.
The worst experience I have had at an Autoshop. How do u sell a component that's faulty and upon your own mechanics insististing that the spare part has a problem , refuse to refund, make us go to Downtown only to be told to return to woodlands? Are u kidding me ??!!!! U hve lost a customer best believe...

4 months agoThey tried to offer a fixing service at 13.000 kwacha, same that i then got at 4.000 in autoworld downtown
