Wanted a qoutation for straightening my bent steel rim they had very slight bends. And they sent a person to examine them. He came to check them in my car and told me k600 each. When the secound hand value is k450 each.. worse the person told me I can do it privately for you at a cheaper price.
When I asked for a written quotation the lady at the desk goes I've given you a 10% and we have added 16%VAT ... lol can you imagine for 4 rims k2500.
