KFC Makeni Junction

1)The fries had A LOTTT of salt. Please reduce on it and instead provide sachet salt for those who may want to add more. 2)the music is SOO loud and the place gets extremely noisy as though its a market place. Everyone has to shout their lungs out to be heard. Even customers have to scream talking to their collegues. Please reduce the volume of the music to make the atmosphere more appealing like a mall. A market and mall should not be the same atmosphere. 3) service is ok. Staff are friendly and helpful with cheerful smiles.

Good customer care but I don’t like the preparation of food, compared to other outlets

They mess up my order most of the time like today they I ordered street wise 5 and there was no chips.

This place is amazing and the food, I can't compare it to any foods from other shops like hungry lion and many more. I think you're the best so far and I really enjoy your food personally... I give you 100%,keep it up
