Food is great but the is a culture of stealing from a customer without telling them.
They automatically punch in sharing (large) chips/sides in on every order even after telling them you want the regular.
This has happened to me more than 5 occasions being that it’s the nearest fast food for me so I am a regular, I don’t know maybe the staff are being given incentives to sell large sides but please if a customer says regular make it regular.
Did a drive through and just as i expected very nice and quick service.Offers the convenience of getting a meal in real time.Food is nicely done and offers a wide range of meals just by the entrance to make it easy for you grab a meal.
I recently visited the Nando's drive-through at the corner of Buma Road and Simon Mwewa, and it was an excellent experience.
