Had a very nice stay on my way to Malawi. The staff was super nice, The Nshima and also the breakfast very tasty. Room was clean. They also helped me to arrange a taxi to the bus stations
Their compound is very nice and green. They have a hammock and some comfortable chairs between the trees, perfect place to chill and make some coffee :)
Lovely place, great staff. Negotiated a lower price for a few nights. Good location and you can walk to the Total Station which has a few shops and a local restaurant plus Hungry Lion. Best place in town for camping in my opinion. The other place wouldn't negotiate so their loss. Big trucks might struggle but anything Overlander sized will fit.
Serene place, got an upgrade from camping to room because of a torrential downpour. There's a bar, a menu for 10 dollars or you can use the kitchen.
Moffat also organizes tours to the South Luangwa NP. He has a beautiful spot there, lovely tents and good food. Paid 375 dollars pp for transport thete and back, 2 nights 3 days all inclusive, 3 game drives and 2 days NP entrance fees. Very happy with that. Highly recommend.
New owner. Kindly upgraded me from the dorm to a private room so I didn't have to share with 4 men here for work. Food was brilliant and staff were super friendly. The owner even drove me into town so I could get cash before he dropped me at the shared taxi station. He even made sure there was wifi for me! I recommend.
Great Place. Lush green nature. A lot of chickens and friendly dogs. Nice view on the hill. Very helpful and friendly manager. Also David is a gifted cook and the food is amazing.
