Now, this is a place I recommend for everyone. I have visited this place every month for the last 6 years. They have perhaps the best Ice Cream in Zambia and their bread is simply one of the best in the world. Zambia Bakery and Bistro is situated in Kafue town, about 45 km away south of Lusaka, Zambia's capital city. This is the place I take my wife for ice cream every month.
