Enjoyed the experience here. By far the best experience I had in Ndola. Food was fresh and delicious, nice ambience, great service and just had an overall wonderful experience. Wish I had gone there earlier. Definitely will go back when in Ndola.
The overall dining experience is getting from bad to worst now. Celebrate my colleague farewell dinner and it took 2 hours to serve the food. Worst thing is my medium well rump steak was so raw. When come to bill payment, it takes another 30 minutes to get the bill printed due to ..... Bill for another table can not be printed due to table block n etc which I don't understand. I also don't want to waste time further and just pay the bill of K300 of the other table. Conclusion if you can not afford to spend 2 hours for meal, please don't go there.
Consistently (have been here on numerous occasions, this one being the worst) slowest service I've ever had..coffee and food took over 1.5 hours to arrive, this was especially disappointing as the venue was almost empty (10am Monday morning). A few half hearted apologies blaming a 'broken' coffee machine - they came out one by one every 15 mins (we were 5 people waiting for cappuccinos) but that didn't explain why the food took 90 minutes to arrive.
To top it all off, we were charged extra to have one of the meals packed in a takeaway box as we'd run out of time to finish - I asked for this to be removed but to no avail.
Main point, great for drinks in the evening, bad for anything else.
It took over 10 minutes for someone to attend to me. I don’t know if it’s because I was alone and majority of the people serving where women. Then after my order was taken, it took over 20 minutes for my drink to be brought. This was supposed to be the drink id have whilst waiting for my order. My table was empty almost the entire time I was there and no waiter seemed to care.
The service today was pathetic
You can do better
Treat your customers better, we are paying after all

11 months agoThe service and new food menu is exciting and worth exploring. Excellent beverage menu as well. You can watch you fav soccer team.
