The place is great, though the price is a tad bit exaggerated for the rooms. When power goes the water pressure reduces and no hot showers lol. Otherwise the staff is great, the service is good and breakfast is mouthwatering. It’s conveniently located near all the tourist attractions so it’s great place to be if you don’t want to spend an arm and leg on transport. At times you can site some elephants from right there. The conference rooms are great and spacious though located right after the pool so there’s a lot of mosquitoes.

Rooms are okay but way too many mosquitos. And the rooms are small considering the price. There are cheaper places that provide better service near by

No hot water, no rugs in the room and a complaint takes forever to be rectified. Otherwise it's a very nice hotel running on a low budget

Ok. Reasonable. Ideal breakfast . Ala carte menu. Fresh food. Large portions. Hot water shower. Rooms require more maintenance.

Has the potential to develop into 4 star establishment they are still challenged with internet connectivity. Its well Locationed along the Mosi oa Tunya road the gateway to the Majestic Victoria Falls
