Avani Victoria Falls Resort

We celebrated new year eve and new year here. We couldn’t have made a better choice for our stay in Livingstone. The hotel is amazing with zebras, impalas and giraffes walking around. The Victoria falls, one of the seven natural wonders of the world is 5 minutes walk away! Our stay included a sunset cruise on the Zambezi river. Food and service were really good as well.

Had a fabulous 3 night stay at the Avani. The location is perfect and we loved the African decor and feel of the hotel. The welcome from the African warriors at the reception was fantastic. We also enjoyed the African evening the food and entertainment was great and a perfect starts to our holiday. The staff were so friendly and polite and couldn't do enough for you. We had one issue/problem which was dealt with in a very professional and friendly manner, beyond our expectations. A special mention to Chewe our omelette maker, all the pool restaurant staff and Rita the Experience Curator. Also Caroline on the tourist desk who rearranged a trip for us to accommodate the helicopter ride. Thank you everyone at Avani

Avani resort is an excellent choice if you want to experience (relatively tame) wild animals walking throughout the grounds and near your rooms. Zebra, giraffes, monkeys, mongooses, and impala were very frequent visitors to the paths, lawns, and pool area. The rooms were fairly basic by international standards, but certainly maintained to a good level and quite pleasant. Staff were friendly, pleasant, and helpful.

Need for some touch up. Some chairs at the restaurant need to be replaced. There were too many staff at the reception. Need to improve customer service and avail details on promotions to attract customers. Generally very good place with a unique touch

Best possible experience i had there. I went for work reasons and felt very comfortable A beautiful resort, with incredible architecture, blending in with the nature around it I loved the idea of being in the middle of animal life, literally allowing guests to go on real safaris on the way from their room to the restaurant or other hotel location Several animals living peacefully with human life was amazing to see and experience Fresh and pure air that can be breathed in the place The fact that it allows several walks at any time of the day where we discover true landscapes at every corner Simply magnificent Super attentive and friendly service I will certainly return with the family for a good and unforgettable vacation Congratulations Recommend
