They were great two years ago. It seems their standards have dropped. I dont know what has happened but they have lost a loyal customer. Appalling customer service.

They will promise to call you back and refund for delayed service. They will not fulfill it.
Despite the commendable job that's done in relation to handling of clothing, I have found myself on the end of poor customer service on several occasions. The team there has endeavored to make up for that every now and then but that's not something that should be tolerated consistently. Why can't a customer have a normal and great experience for once? Service providers do not have to find themselves in situations where they're always delaying customers and apologizing. A customer can exercise patience but when such occurrences occur every so often, that patience begins to run thin and that's how you lose customers.
The best and cheapest laundry/dry cleaning company in Lusaka. They have three outlets in all. They are able to collect and deliver, accept Mobile Money, and all Bank credit and debit cards. One gets a phone call when clothes are ready for collection. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Parking can get a bit tight at times, but they have good business hours. 07.30 to 18.00 Hours from Monday to Friday, then 07.30 to 17. 00 Hours on Saturdays, and finally 07.30 to 14.00 Hours on Sundays, and Bank Holidays.
